SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday – Friday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. To pick up your order from one of our locations, we request that you present your “Ready for Pickup” email notification via smartphone or by printed copy. Additionally, please provide a photo.

SHIPPING FEES
We offer the standard shipping rates of USPS First and USPS Priority.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

SHIPPING PROCESS
All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at the time of ordering. TBC Beauty Supply has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping, but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of order.
Once the required fields are correctly filled, the order will ship one to two business days after it is placed. You will be sent a message once it is shipped out.
The order is processed after the customer has reached the “Thank You” page. From this point, the order will be processed immediately.
Your order is usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Your order should take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on location and package priority. COVID-19 protocols may affect these times. Products are carefully wrapped with bubble wrap to avoid any leaks, as many of our products are liquid. The quantity of your order will affect whether they are packaged with a mail bag or box. It is an utmost priority for our team here at TBC Beauty Supply to ensure your package is delivered safely and securely.

WARRANTY
There are neither explicit nor implicit warranties on products that exist beyond the manufacturer’s description on the label of each product.

LOSS PROBABILITY
The buyer undertakes the risk of loss to the delivery or carrier when purchasing goods on the website.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

DELAYED ORDERS
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All sales are final, and no refund will be issued. All items are marked as non-returnable.
In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or TBC Beauty Supply, the product needs to be unused, and an exchange will be executed by our support team.
In cases where you wish to cancel due to something we have done or are going to do, you should notify us in accordance with our procedure and we will refund you in full for any products not provided (including delivery costs). This includes the following situations:

TBC Beauty Supply has told you about an upcoming change to the product or terms which you do not agree to.

TBC Beauty Supply have told you about an error in the price or description or the product and you don’t want to proceed.

Delivery of the products has been substantially delayed by an event outside of our control

The Customer has a legal right to end the order because of something TBC Beauty Supply has done.
