Application
Apply the entire contents of one sachet pH Plex 2 repair to your towel-dry, damp hair. Distribute evenly over length and ends of your hair. Leave in for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Then wash and condition your hair as per usage instruction of your Color or Bleach/Lightener, or as you have always done.  Style normally.
